Normal TSH levels
I was prescribed L thyroxine and meat during my pregnancy, but as a vegetarian, I opted for vitamins instead. My haemoglobin improved to 120, and TSH returned to normal. After delivery, I continued taking them for four months, with good blood results, although I still have a deficiency of B12.

Not effective
I tried these vitamins after many recommendations, but I didn’t notice any difference. The magnesium used is magnesium oxide, which is poorly absorbed. I now take Carlsons Cod Liver oil, which has been much more effective for my health.

Raised ketones
During my pregnancy, I took these vitamins, but my urine tests showed raised ketones, which suggested my liver couldn't handle the load. Upon stopping, my tests normalised, but I still felt a lack of vitamins. I switched to another brand with better results.

Liver parameters tripled
I took these vitamins during pregnancy, but liver parameters (ALT, AST) tripled, risking liver disease. After stopping, levels stabilised, but I needed medications to recover. The iron didn't improve my blood iron levels, and I doubt the vitamins are beneficial.
